A Better Country

Announcing the new workbook by our board member Cindy Wu!

A Better Country: Embracing the Refugees in our Midst (buy on Amazon)

“This study aims to help Christians―specifically Christians in the United States―think theologically and practically about the global refugee crisis. The workbook is divided into seven lessons, including a Personal Action Plan as your concluding application. You can do the lessons on your own or in a group setting. You will probably find the greatest benefit by working through the workbook with others and hearing other perspectives.”

Cindy M. Wu (MA, Gordon–Conwell Theological Seminary) is a freelance writer based in Houston, TX. She has served in church–planting contexts in the United States, Mexico, and East Asia. She co–authored Our Global Families: Christians Embracing a Common Identity in a Changing World (Baker Academic, 2015) with Todd M. Johnson. When she is not writing about global Christianity or refugees, she is part–time homeschooling her three children.

We are so proud of you, Cindy, and celebrate the good work God is doing through you!
